There are many reasons that people choose to stop smoking – improving health, tired of the smell, saving money – among many others. But also – many just want to take back control of their life. What do I mean by that? Being free of the control that tobacco has over them such as the cravings, the “need” to find a place and time to smoke.

Hypnosis is a proven, reliable method for smoking cessation. You can stop smoking for good! And it does NOT need to be a the terrible struggle that you may expect! Many thousands of people have already quit smoking using hypnosis – there is a great deal of research to support this.

Main Features

  • Willpower: Determines how long this lasts before the old habit returns.
  • Temporary Memory: Working Memory That You Use Every Day, such as family names.
  • Analytical Thought Process: Looks for a solution – It makes 100’s of decisions everyday.
  • Rational Thinking: Why do we do the things we do – Rationalize our behavior even if it only makes sense to us.
  • Subconscious Mind – Leave the conscious mind aside.

How many sessions should it take?

  • Clients often ask this, but it is important to note: everyone is an individual and as such it is not the same process for all.
  • With that being said though, most people will either STOP smoking or cut back dramatically a day after the first session.

The subsequent sessions are designed to be much more powerful and effective to lock in your changes.

For long standing habits, it is reasonable to expect that more than one session will be required to effectively “kick the habit” for good.
